A modern fine-dining Chinese restaurant set to open in the heart of Beverly Hills, lead by a distinguished celebrity chef.We are looking for experiencedBOH staff to join the opening team.Pastry Cook Preferred Skills and ExperienceMinumum 2 years experience in pastry and dessert production, preferably in a fine dining or high-volume kitchen environment.Duties & Expectations Full knowledge of the pastry menu, including ingredients, techniques, and plating presentations. Understanding general pastry techniques and principles. Ensuring all items are prepared to the highest standards. Produce high-quality desserts while adhering to portion control and recipe consistency. Ensure proper rotation and usage of products to minimize waste and maintain freshness. Maintain professional knowledge of cooking ingredients, techniques, and food safety procedures. Work effectively in both production and service settings, collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience. Uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Availability for mid-shift, evening, and weekend shifts.
